Browser-powered operation
ScanToPromo is designed to create promotion links in your browser. Promotion details may be included in the generated URL so the experience can open without an account or hosted customer profile.
Information you provide
Information entered into the builder may include a business name, offer, category and expiration date. Do not enter confidential, personal, financial or sensitive information into a promotion.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. ScanToPromo does not receive or store your complete payment-card details. Stripe’s own privacy terms apply to payment processing.
Local device data
The site may use service-worker caches or other browser storage to support reliable loading and installation. You can remove this data through your browser settings.
Customer promotions
Generated promotion links may be shared publicly by their creator. Anyone with the link may be able to view the information encoded in it. ScanToPromo is not intended to collect information from promotion viewers.
Third-party links
The site links to Stripe and other TapMagik products. Those services have their own privacy practices.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the product changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
