ScanToPromo is a browser-powered tool for creating promotional links, QR codes and campaign graphics. You are responsible for reviewing every generated asset before publishing or printing it.
Promotion responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and fulfillment of every offer you create. Promotion terms, expiration dates, eligibility restrictions and redemption conditions must be disclosed clearly. Do not use ScanToPromo for deceptive promotions, unlawful contests, prohibited goods or misleading prize claims.
Testing and availability
Test every promotion and QR code on multiple devices before distribution. Browser behavior, printed materials, third-party services and network availability can affect performance. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Access and purchases
Purchases provide access to the product described at checkout. Access links should be kept for your own business use. Because the tool operates through a browser-accessible link, access is not equivalent to an individually secured account.
No analytics or redemption verification
ScanToPromo does not promise visitor tracking, unique coupon enforcement or automated redemption verification. The business using the promotion is responsible for its redemption procedure and records.
Intellectual property
You retain responsibility for names, text and other material you enter. ScanToPromo and TapMagik names, designs and software remain the property of their respective owner.
Limitation
The product is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
